Help! The Document Camera won't turn on!

  1. Check to see if the document camera is plugged in to an outlet as well as the back of the machine.
If it is, turn the machine on to see if it powers on.
  2. If it doesn’t turn on, try a different power outlet to see if this will fix the problem.
Also, if it is plugged into a power strip, make sure that the power strip in plugged in and turned on.
  3. If neither works, notify the HelpDesk; a member of the IT Department will take care of the issue during the next business day when the room is vacant.
