Marian University Office of Research and Sponsored Projects
ABOUT THE ORSP
The mission of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) is to assist and support research, scholarly, and creative endeavors of Marian University faculty, academic staff, and students. The ORSP helps identify funding sources from federal, state and private agencies for specific projects that benefit Marian University. In addition, the ORSP guides principal investigators (PIs) through the processes associated with proposal preparation, submission, and post-award functions such as reporting and grant close-out.
The ORSP understands that research, scholarly and creative activity are requirements for promotion and tenure. These are the activities that constitute essential components of a vibrant university that is dedicated to excellence in teaching and scholarship. The sections of this website are designed to guide you through a proposal submission process. Please be mindful of checklists and timelines
