Intoxicated student was verbally and physically combative.  Student was detained by local PD.  Student was referred to Student Engagement for conduct hearing.

A student reported that upon returning to campus from the weekend numerous items were found missing to include an Xbox, television and clothes.  The investigation showed that the suspects entered the room through an open door on the fire exit.  This case was referred to local police.

A student filed a complaint that some personal items were taken from a common bathroom.  After further search the items were found in a housemates room.  The items were returned to the owner without further incident.

A student returned to campus from running errands to find room was covered in syrup.  It is believed the suspect cut the screen and reached through an open window.  Items destroyed include several electronics.

A student was found to be in possession of an airsoft and pellet gun.  The items were confiscated by Campus Safety Officers.  The student was referred to the Dean of Student Engagement for a conduct hearing.

On October 29, 2013 the Marian University Campus Safety and Security Department received two burglary reports in Naber Hall.  The first incident occured between 10/25/2013 and 10/28/2013 and the second occurred between the evening of 10/28/2013 and the afternoon of 10/29/2013.
In both cases, rooms within Naber Hall were entered without the permissions of the residents and items were stolen.  Fond du Lac Police were notified on Tuesday 10/29/2013 and two cases were opened.  They are currently investigating both cases.
Campus Safety strongly urges the community to report anything suspicious immediately.  Please take the time to secure all items of value and reduce the risk of a crime of opportunity.

Campus Security responded to a possible fight in progress.  Upon arrival the apparent fight had broken up.  Upon further investigation the parties involved were identified.  Several students were also identified drinking underage.  All students were referred to Student Engagement for conduct hearings.
