Students United Against Violence Everywhere (SUAVE)
This organization brings awareness to all sorts of issues people may face in life. We do not want to see people struggle alone, we want to be an advocate for them and make everyone aware of real life issues.

Last year we created "#SabresLetsTalk" for mental health awareness. We handed out shirts and buttons that we made. We also dedicate a week to sexual assault awareness which includes different presentations such as Rise Together, activities like the clothesline project where both victims and allies stand as one, and pledges where the Marian community joined to put there hand print to pledge that "These Hands Don't Hurt". This year we are trying to do a lot more wish awareness of domestic violence, bullying, eating disorders, and many more. We are hoping to expand our group this year with how much more we'd like to accomplish.
Any and all current students have the opportunity to be apart of "SUAVE." Right now we are a very small group made up of all females but we would love for anyone to join if interested.
