Pillars of Greek Life

The Greek community is a learning community and all chapters demonstrate this commitment to scholarship. All Greek women are required to maintain a 2.5 GPA to maintain in good standing. In addition, this past year the Women of Greek Life had a higher GPA average then the All College Women’s Average. Much of this success can be attributed to the scholastic programs and support of individual chapters and the heavy emphasis Marian University Greeks place on academic achievement.

Service to campus, community, and philanthropy is fundamental to Marian University and to its Greek chapters. Each chapter dedicates significant time and monetary gifts to the community and their philanthropy.

Greek organizations offer opportunities to develop individual leadership potential through organizational ideals. Members participate in retreats, national conferences, leadership within their organization, and through networking.

Sisterhood & Brotherhood

Lifelong friendships and support are demonstrated through the family that Greek organizations provide. In fact, alumni of Greek organizations are considered members for life and are often active in the organization after graduation providing enrichment opportunities for current members.
