Join other Off–Campus Students and the Off–Campus Student Liaison and upper-class off- campus students for a meet up! We’ll talk about different strategies that you can use to be successful; they will tell you the secrets of good places to be on campus, meet other off-campus students, and win prizes! We will also enjoy dinner together before heading to the Student Organization Fair.

Attorney, author, and student advocate C.L. Lindsay is interested in one objective: helping college students understand the laws, and how they affect them.  With his experience in law, he will engage students on their rights related to bullying, sexting, plagiarism, privacy and what you should NOT be doing online as it applies to the laws in Wisconsin, social media, and computing.   Lindsay uses humorous examples to educate and entertain. This is a GEN 101 class requirement to attend.

Join in the service to celebrate the Birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary which has double importance for Marian as this was also the day that was selected in 1936 for Marian to open their doors!


8:00pm              Comedian, Geoff Keith

Hornung Student Center

Geoff Keith has appeared on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham, CBS’s The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, ABC’s Comic’s Unleased with Byron Allen, HBO’s Down and Dirty with Jim Norton, BET’s One Mic Stand and E! Channel’s Chelsea Lately, to name a few. He also was asked to perform at the Vancouver Comedy Festival and the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal, Quebec. Keith also filmed a secret project for Ashton Kutcher, which included funny, short videos where he was the star. Kutcher directed for of the videos and Keith improvised the rest himself with Kutcher’s approval. Keith recently finished shooting two seasons as one of the stars of MTV’s Disaster Date, as well as being a cast member of MTV’s Jerks with Cameras. Currently, Keith is touring the country performing at colleges and comedy clubs alike.​
